Project Brief

1. General Requirements

• Software: Autodesk Revit (version 2022+)

• Model: LOD 300–350

• Units: mm

• Projections: plan, 4 facades, 2 sections, 3D

• Coordination grid and axes are mandatory

• All elements are separate families

2. Dimensions of the Building

• Total width: 8352 mm

• Total height: to be specified (base 3000 mm or according to the current version)

• Depth: to be specified (≈4000 mm, final to be agreed)

3. Floor Panels and Walls

• 4 panels

• Orientation: to be specified (2088×4000 or other current)

• Panel frame:

  • Beam: 45×195 mm

  • Joist spacing: 400–600 mm (parametric)

  
  

• Top sheet:

  • OSB 22 mm (or parameter “sheet material 22 mm”)

  
  

• Must show:

  • ribs

  • perimeter framing

  • joints between panels

  
  

• Walls 45x145+ OSB12mm and externally panels with vertical planking. Back wall height 2300, i.e., 7 degrees slope.

4. Front Facade Modules

• Quantity: 6 pcs

• Size of one module:

  • Width: 1372 mm

  • Height: 2500 mm

  
  

• Frame:

  • Studs: 60×150 mm (alternative 50×150 — make parametric)

  • Top/bottom lintels: similar section

  
  

• Provide load from the glazing unit (model without calculation, but geometrically correct)

5. Glazing Units

• 6 pcs

• Dimensions: 1270×2400 mm

• formula 6_14-20_6

• Centering in the module

• Gaps, bead - according to regulations

7. Mauerlat Beam (above the modules) and Pseudo Beams

• Type: assembled insulated 50_50_50

• Height: 300 mm

• Thickness: 150 mm

• Along the entire length of the facade

• Must rest on the modules

• At the joints of the roof panels, a box made of board 120*160 height., 3 pcs for 3 panel joints. or 50x160+80mm+50x160. the top of the beam aligns with the top of the mauerlat belt 300mm.

8. Roof Panels

• Construction similar to floor panels

• Beam 45×195 mm

• OSB thickness according to standards to ensure minimal deflection.

• Longer than the depth of the building (canopy)

• Provide a niche for the awning

9. Canopy

• Overhang: to be specified (≈300–400 mm)

• Built-in awning (show as a conditional block)

• Placement: above modules 2,3,4. ~4000mm

10. Covers at Joints (aluminum 1.2mm)

• Width: 120 mm

• Depth: 60 mm

• On all vertical joints of the modules

• Separate family

11. Materials (conditional)

• Frame — pine

• Panels — wooden frame

• Glass — transparent

• Cladding — parameter, planking 16x148

12. What Must Be Submitted

• .RVT file
