прошу прощения - суть задания(проверка элементарных знаний) -- не требуется сделать что-то сложное. Сделал бы сам, да компьютер не позволяет)

ну тут не кривите душой. смоделировать простые модели практически любой компьютер позволяет в блендере. и отрендерить тоже (просто будет дольше).
так что либо не можете, либо вам лень.
ну а за предложенный бюджет вам сделают модели чуть сложнее полигональных примитивов типа сферы, куба и цилиндра 🙂 либо одну несложную нормально более-менее

а потом окажется, что еще нужно скриншоты делать и все оформить в виде отчета ))) иначе просто скачал бы с интернета бесплатные модели !

нет. как минимум потому, что не работаю в блендере, а для вас это основной фактор. потом, неизвестно насколько сложные модели (вы же примеры не приложили). ну и в третьих: 1500 - минимально более-менее разумная цена за 3 модели, имхо
