Могу сделать на Python в виде единого исполняемого модуля под Windows, на сервер кроме бота ничего дополнительно устанавливать не надо. С api Binance фьючерсы работал неоднократно. Опыт написания торговых ботов более 10 лет.

Видимо и не собирались выполнять. Один взял предоплату и 3 недели не выходит на связь. Второй -сбросил кривой скриншот - и говорит, что это рабочая программа- мамой клянусь - давай оплачивай (запустить у себя - сил не хватило, по этому тоже пропал)
