Мы на ГетКурсе проводим автовебинары. Во время автовеба зрители могут писать в чат вопросы, они подсвечиваются черным цветом (сценарий серый).
Необходимо создать бота, или скрипт, или модуль для ГК, который будет разпознавать сообщения от зрителей и отправлять автоответы на вопросы в чат.
Например зритель после начала автовеба написал в чат "А будет запись?" и бот/скрипт/модуль сразу ему в чате отправляет заранее заготовленный ответ, с нужного нам профиля.
