Возможность добавления вк группы через веб админку
Создание комментариев (текст/фото/ текст + фото)
Бот в случайном порядке берет коммент и комментирует новые записи в группе (первый комментарий)
+ возможность настроить чтобы бот комментировал только каждую N-ю запись
