Если бюджет будет увеличен на 0, то можно будет взяться за такую работу. Но за 2000 рублей можно написать лишь авторизацию в киви и получение баланса по одному кошельку. -
Аналогичные проекты встречались здесь и на схожих ресурсах. Бюджет сопоставим.
Назывались везде "ботами". Лично мне без разницы как называется.
Возможно Вы плохо пердставляете себе как это сделать проще или пытаетесь завысить цену.
