Functionality Requirements
Working with the BitSkins API:
- Integration with the BitSkins API to perform the following operations:
- Monitoring incoming items on the site.
- Automatic purchase of items that meet the specified parameters (e.g., price, item type, quality, etc.).
- There should be a blacklist.

Notifications in Telegram:
- Sending notifications to Telegram about the results of purchases:
