I understand the task - this is not just a bot, but a "process controller" with checklists, deadlines, reminders, and escalations, where the logic of the process is stored in the data, not in the code.

I propose to start with an MVP in 7-14 days:
- 2 chats (client + work)
- one type of process (pipeline) with steps/deadlines in the database (JSON/tables)
- checklist for completion (done/not done)
- reminders to the client via timers
- escalations in the work chat with "who is responsible + how many days overdue"
… - AI as a classifier of messages (document/question/confirmation) + response generation within the scenario

After the MVP - scaling to several processes, roles, a convenient admin panel for editing processes, analytics.

Please clarify:
1) How many processes/steps are needed in the first version
2) How do we determine "document received" (file/link/text)
3) Schedule for reminders (working hours/time zone)
4) Escalation in one chat or by responsible persons/departments
5) What is the budget for the MVP
