Regarding data scraping, do the specified websites have an API from which new cargo announcements can be taken? We will be able to parse groups from Telegram only if the bot is added to the group, but it will only see messages that are sent after it has been added; it will not see old messages.

Hello! I have developed similar logistics parsers for freight companies in Ukraine, including a bot for monitoring ads and managing applications.

I will create a Telegram bot parser in Python using aiogram, asynchronous parsing, and modular architecture.
