We are focused on sales in the construction sector: in general, this includes several sales channels and several Telegram channels.
A bot is needed with the following functionality:
1) There are separate databases in Google Docs, the bot should send messages in Telegram according to different number databases.
2) The messages are sent in the format we prepared for clients.
3) Switching between numbers to prevent number blocking (several numbers, the bot controls and switches numbers automatically).
4) If the number is not in Telegram, messages are sent via Viber. (activate the official Ukrainian messaging gateway).
5) Parse contacts from open Telegram channels.
6) Parse OLX ads based on specified characteristics and compile them separately into a database.
Considering the expansion of the system (OLX parser for 40+ keys + Telegram chat parser + separation of OLX/Store databases with different texts + Admin panel in Telegram for managing keys + rotation of several accounts with proxies + Integration of Viber/SMS/Telegram)

I have reviewed your conclusions with the previous executor - the logic is correct: mass adding to the channel is not an option, as it quickly leads to spam complaints and the risk of a ban. It is more effective to manage a mailing to individuals with an invitation to the relevant regional TG channel, so that the subscription is voluntary.
Here’s how I see the implementation (briefly):
- A single database (Google Sheets) with several tabs/segments (OLX / physical stores / your client base) + different texts for each segment.
- Automatic distribution across 4 regions: city - correct channel/manager - correct text.
- Rotation of several TG accounts + proxies + limits/queues to scale without immediate blocks.
- Separate modules: OLX parser (40+ keywords) + parser for open TG chats (not channels, as channel subscribers are not accessible).
… 2 questions to finalize the MVP and not inflate the scope:
1) Mailing - do you primarily need it for your existing base or for leads from OLX (which channel is currently more effective)?
2) How many TG accounts are you ready to allocate for rotation at the start (3-5, or more) and are they already warmed up?
