Build an affiliate network for US Coach Influencer with 200K followers

This is an ongoing project - we want someone to work with the team for years ahead. This is a 100% remote work with US based company (www.alyssanobriga.com). Sync communication during Pacific time zone hours (California) will be a requirement.

You'll be the architect and the builder of our expanded partnership ecosystem: affiliate network, student referrals, brand collaborations (JV, mutual referrals, podcast guest speaking exchanges etc).

This isn't just about managing what exists; it's about dreaming and constructing what's possible. 

Here's what that looks like:

1. Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, engaging, and nurturing partnerships across affiliate networks, student referrals, brand collaborations, and influencer connections. Your strategy will be our roadmap.

2. Optimize our current affiliate system (ThriveCart) and explore additional platforms and technologies that enhance our partnership capabilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring our tech stack supports our ambitious growth plans efficiently and effectively.

3. Create compelling assets for affiliates, from promotional materials to training resources, ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed and represent our brand authentically.

4. Develop a deep and meaningful relationship-building strategy that turns partners into brand advocates. This includes regular communication, personalized engagement plans, and value-added support to strengthen these key relationships over time.

5. With the support of a copywriter and designer, you will own the execution of these strategies, building out the systems, workflows, and teams needed to achieve our ambitious goals. This role is about taking charge, driving initiatives forward, and being the catalyst for growth.

We Are Looking For Someone With:

- A proven track record of building and scaling affiliate partnership programs in the coaching, wellness, or personal development space.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, CRM systems, and the tech stack required to support a sophisticated partnership ecosystem.
- Experience in creating and implementing strategic plans that have measurably increased partner engagement and program revenue.
- A natural ability to foster relationships, understanding the nuances of nurturing long-term partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
- Creativity, initiative, and a growth mindset, ready to explore new opportunities for collaboration and impact.
