Business Assistant - Part-time

Hello! I am a Meta Ads specialist, and I am currently scaling my business. I need a "right hand" — a person who is ready to take on part of the processes, learn quickly, and eventually lead one of the directions.

Format: remote.
At the start, we begin in a part-time format, which will allow you to adapt to the processes.
However, I am looking for a person with ambitions for a long-term partnership: as you develop professionally and get involved in projects, your workload, responsibility, and, accordingly, financial reward will grow proportionally.

📌 What you will need to do (Your areas of responsibility):

1. Creative block and content:

• Creating static/video/motion creatives in graphic editors (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).

• Searching for references and gathering ideas for new advertising campaigns.

• Writing advertising offers and messages (we will teach you if you have a base).

• Preparing presentations for intro calls and commercial proposals (design + content based on my data)

2. Technical part and reporting:

• Uploading ads into accounts.

• Partial maintenance of daily and weekly reporting (collecting numbers from accounts and client tables).

3. Lead generation and communication:

• Working with exchanges (Freelancehunt) and job sites (Work.ua/Robota.ua).

• Conducting mailings (Instagram) and collecting a database of potential clients.

• Initial processing of leads: qualification, preparation for briefing, requesting access for auditing.

4. Administration:

• Moderating work chats: Controlling questions from clients throughout the day.

• Technical responses: Providing information upon request (links to reports, confirmation of receipt of materials).

• Gathering information: Requesting necessary data from the client (promotional offers for the week, stock balances, new photo/video content).

• Performing minor tasks that help strengthen processes (information search, organizational moments).

💎 Ideal candidate:

• Has basic skills in graphic editors.

• Has a minimal understanding of what targeted advertising, leads, conversion, and advertising accounts are.

• Problem Solver: does not say "I don't know how," but goes to Google, searches for solutions, and comes back with options.

• Stability: you are available during working hours and ready to dedicate 4-5 hours/day to work.
