AI Call Analyzer. Analysis of incoming and outgoing calls from sales department managers.

Hello everyone.

We are looking for a specialist to develop a system for AI analysis of incoming and outgoing calls of sales department managers.

We already have:

• Binotel — telephony from which we take call recordings

• BAS KUP — CRM / accounting system

• 1C programmer on our side who can assist with integration with BAS

It is necessary to implement the AI part and external processing logic so that the system works stably and correctly.

What needs to be done

1. Build the call processing logic:

   • receiving the call recording

   • transcribing audio to text

   • analyzing the call based on specified criteria

   • forming a summary score

   • providing a brief summary of the call

   • returning the result in a convenient format for further integration

2. Implement analysis separately for:

   • incoming calls

   • outgoing calls

3. Set up call evaluation based on the structure:

   • final score on a 100-point scale

   • evaluation by individual blocks

   • brief conclusion

   • weak points of the manager

   • recommendations for improvement

4. Think through and implement a technical scheme so that:

   • Binotel transmits or provides the call recording

   • the AI service processes mp3 / audio

   • the result can be transmitted to BAS KUP / CRM

   • everything works on a continuous basis, not in manual mode

What is important

• we need not just transcription, but quality analysis of the manager's conversation

• the system must distinguish:

  • whether it was an incoming or outgoing call

  • whether a need was identified

  • whether there was a presentation of the product / service

  • whether there were objections

  • whether there was a closure on sale / next step

• preferably, the result should be returned in structured JSON format for integration

On our side, we have already worked out

• the logic for evaluating incoming calls - it may be WORTH IMPROVING

• 100-point scoring system

• JSON structure for the analysis result

• understanding which fields should be returned after analysis

What we expect from the performer

• experience in AI / LLM / speech-to-text / integrations

• understanding how to build a stable call analysis process

• ability to propose an optimal architecture

• preferably experience working with CRM, telephony, API, webhook, automation

• ability to work together with our 1C programmer

What we want to receive as a result

• a working integration scheme

• AI module or external service for call analysis

• clear logic for data transmission between Binotel, AI, and BAS KUP

• testing on real calls

• further scalability options
