Чат-бот для Телеграм
Добрый день всем!
Нужен чат-бот для чата активности в Телеграм.
В чем суть - каждый человек в чате оставляет ссылку на публикацию в Инстаграме, каждый человек должен его прокомментировать (кроме ВИПов). Нужен бот, который будет проверять написали ли люди комментарий на ту или иную публикацию. Если не написать, то бот отказывает в возможности публикации ссылки и говорит ему, что такой такой и такой пост вы не откомментировали. На данный момент нужно сделать, чтобы бот проверял 5 предыдущих ссылок, если человек их не откомментил, то естественно не может отправить свою. В дальнейшем число проверок будет увеличиваться.
