Функционал чат-бота:
- дает информацию клиенту о доставке, ассортименте, акциях, контактах;
- клиент указывает свой город, адрес, время доставки и удобный формат оплаты (нал/безнал), чат-бот просчитывает сумму заказа;
- клиент может оплатить заказ через чат-бота, интеграция происходит с помощью Liqpay;
- чат-бот отправляет клиентам уведомления о новых позициях, акциях, скидках, новостях и т.д. Гибкая рассылка с помощью фильтров (и/или). Пример: отправлять только на тех, кто ест пиццу Маргарита
- клиент может оставить отзыв качестве о продукции;
- при запросе, клиент может общаться с оператором через чат-бота. Функция реализовывается с помощью zendesk chat, jivoChat или подобные платформы;
- возможность одному клиенту собрать заказ и переслать на оплату другому;
- интеграция с 1СБ подтягивать меню, расчет заказа происходит с учетом актуальных акций и бонусов, создание лида, как только клиент вписывает номер;
- возможность клиенту отправлять напоминания о передачи заказа на кухню, отправки курьера;
- удобная админ панель для редактирования меню (название позиций/стоимость), контактных данных.
- бот говорит и понимает на двух языках: русский и украинский;
- интеграция с CRM системой компании;
- реферальная программа, генерирует уникальную ссылку для клиента, если другой клиент далает заказ по этой ссылке - первый получает бонус;
