I manually measured the apartment (all walls, openings, windows, doors) and recorded a video walkthrough of the apartment.
1. What I am providing to the contractor:
- Video of the apartment (walkthrough of all rooms)
- Photos/screenshots of measurements
- List of dimensions
- Additional explanations if necessary
2. Task:
Based on this data, create:
- An accurate 2D plan of the apartment
- A basic 3D model of the apartment
3. What should be in the 2D plan
The plan should include:
- All walls (with thickness)
- Dimensions, labels, and area of rooms
- Dimensions of all walls
- Windows
- Doors
- Openings
- Niches
- Balcony
Formats:
- DWG or DXF (preferably)
What should be in the 3D model
A basic geometric model of the apartment is needed:
- walls
- windows
- doors
- ceilings
- openings
Without furniture.
The goal is to be able to:
- further design
- add furniture
- create visualizations
Format:
- SketchUp (.SKP)
Accuracy requirements
- dimensions must match my measurements
- deviation no more than 5 cm
What is needed as a result
The contractor delivers:
1. Apartment plan (PDF)
2. Source file of the plan (DWG/DXF)
3. 3D model (SKP) + screenshot of the 3D model (top view) and one screenshot of each room.
