Two chess games need to be created.
First game:
the development should be on Unity. For android and ios.
1. Chess game with a computer in 2D and 3D, preferably you should create a layout with a connection to the computer, and an avatar, and then I could add new ones myself

4. Create animations for when pieces move and capture another piece

No requirements for the programming language. The main platforms are windows and macOS, porting to mobile devices is negotiable

2. Chess only in 2D, minimal work with animations.
3. It will need to work with pgn files and chess databases.
4. Cross-platform progress, but the presence of an offline mode
