First game:
the development should be on Unity. For android and ios.
1. Chess game with a computer in 2D and 3D, preferably you should create a layout with a connection to the computer, and an avatar, and then I could add new ones myself
2. Chess game with people online

4. Create animations for when pieces move and capture another piece
5. Create another tab where you can practice, interactive lessons (when there is a text hint for the next move, and the opponent's move is made automatically), play with the computer from a certain position, so that I can add tasks myself
6. Ability for offline mode
Second game:
No requirements for the programming language. The main platforms are windows and macOS, porting to mobile devices is negotiable
1. This is a more specialized application. It will need to be something like Chessbase, but a much simplified version.
2. Chess only in 2D, minimal work with animations.
3. It will need to work with pgn files and chess databases.
4. Cross-platform progress, but the presence of an offline mode
Probably the chess part is not very clear to you, but if there are questions, I will explain everything.
