Как работает сейф на этом сайте - я в курсе, вот только описание проекта, содержащее фразу "И если можно , подписывайте готовые файлы типо «пз-1» " выгладит немного странно, поскольку указание о том, как что подписывать выполненных работах, даются в обсуждении проекта, а не в описании задания. Потому Ваше описание выглядит как "сделайте, присылайте, а мы потом оплатим"
