Project status:
I have a valid PHP code, which connects to the zamzar company API.
The problem is that the names of the folders and files on my server are in Hebrew and the code does not convert now. (The code only works if the file name and path are in English).
I sent the problem to the support of the company, their answer is:

It might be worth enabling cURL debugging in PHP to get more useful error messages (as per http://stackoverflow.com/a/
You could also prove this by trying a simple cURL call with your path set to see if this works:

Not clear full path to convert file. As I understand, you use remote api to convert mp3 to mp4 with picture? But remote api can't read local file names, because it's not English letters? In this case your task very hard to solve. In my case, I will solve such tusk such way: rent Linux vps (3 eur per month), setup server with ffmpeg, create simple web interface, create server php core for converting mp3 to mp4, return to user link for download mp4 back after uploading mp3 and finishing convert process.
