Convert My Football Scouting Google Sheets into a Web App

I am seeking a freelancer to help me convert a Google Sheet I currently use for football scouting and analysis into a fully functional Web Application. My Google Sheet employs a few App Scripts to:

• Scrape data from an external database.
• Enhance some Google Sheet functionalities (e.g., hiding columns/rows via checkboxes, showing the active cell in a specific cell).
• Generate draggable player labels with additional icons or symbols based on their status.

⚽ Key Features of the App

Roster Management:
The app should allow us to visualize the roster on the pitch, organize players in their respective formations, and plan future transfers. For this, draggable and transparent player labels are essential, enabling users to move players around. Additionally, based on the status selected by the scout, each player should display a special symbol next to their name, highlighting their importance to the club.

Data Display and Analysis (Dashboard / Formation / DataVS & RadarVS):
The app will include various display functions, rankings, and a radar graph based on player ratings and data.

The spreadsheet uses a range of functions, including:
INDEX, MATCH, IF, CHOOSE, ISNUMBER, FILTER, SEARCH, LARGE, SMALL, VLOOKUP, ROW, INDIRECT, ISTEXT, LEFT, SWITCH, SUBSTITUTE, TEXT, VALUE, REGEXREPLACE, TRIM, LOWER, CONCATENATE, IMAGE, SUM, and AVERAGE.
(Some of these are nested, but they are not overly complex.)

📝 Purpose and Goals

The app should enable both data display and data input, allowing users to:

• Update player information and ratings.
• Provide feedback.
• Select options from drop-down menus.

The interface must accommodate large amounts of data displayed across different sections, with an organized and accessible database. I'm open to suggestions regarding how and where to store the database, but it should be secure, efficient, and cost-effective.

Player Data:
While player ratings and other information are scraped from external databases, I’d like to integrate the latest Football Manager database and store as much information as possible within the app. When a new player is added to the team, their data should auto-fill where applicable.

User Access:
The app will need essential features like user registration and login, as other scouts and analysts will use it.

About Me and This Project

I have shared my Google Sheets with a few scouts from professional European clubs, who are currently testing them. Football and hockey scouting has been a personal passion for over a decade, and I’m now looking to turn this into a profitable venture.

What I’m Looking For

I need a developer or partner who can:

• Create a well-organized database based on my Google Sheets.
• Replicate the functions and formulas in the Web App.
• Maintain the current style and UX, with room for enhancements.

I’d like the app to be written in Python, but I’m open to discussing other options. I’m also open to potential partnerships if you believe in the project and see further potential.
