Проєкт під комерційне будівництво з нуля до відкриття. Це говорить про те що потрібно виконати всі 3 пункти які Ви вказали

Наскільки я розумію поетапно має бути так:
1. Ескіз намірів забудови і погодження в міській архітектурі, отримання мітобудів.
2. Маємо розробити архітектурний проєкт від ескізу і до робочих креслень з всіма комункаціями ( опалення, інженерка, вентиляція, водопостачання і водовідведення.
3. Паралельно розробити проєкт благоустрою території і ландшафтний дизайн.
4. Розробити внутрішній дизайн.
Тобто має бути:1. Ескіз намірів забулдови.
2. Проєкт будинку на 200 квадратів з інженеркою.
3. Проєкт благоустрою території 7соток.
4. Інтер'єр 200 квадратіві за це все 70 000 грн?

При цьому додати АР та КР., ОВіК, ЕП До того ж це комерційна забудова та в архітектора має бути ліцензія. Та требо проходити експертизу.
