Могу сделать в Fusion 360, программа полностью закрывает нужные задачи (от создания 3D модели до визуализации, инженерных расчетов и подготовки к производству)

Цена и сроки как раз и будут зависеть от деталей преокта, но не наоборот. Так же на сроки будет влиять бюджет, при текущим бюджете (500 грн) сроки будут примерно до бесконечности.
