The task is to bring the CRM in order and build a proper, working system, not just "somehow".
What needs to be done:

— set up correct deduplication (by phone, email, etc.)
— set up and optimize sales funnels
— organize user fields (multi-select, mandatory fields, data structure)
— set up imports and data updates without creating duplicates
— connect and configure integrations: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, chatbots
— set up automations and basic scenarios (distribution, tags, statuses)
— make the CRM understandable and convenient for further work
