About the Project
We are creating an international ecosystem - a project at the intersection of psychology, hypnotherapy, and education.
Inside - several directions:
- Personal Therapy (high ticket, individual work)
- Workshop of the Future (transformation program)
- Mini-Products and Meditations (funnels for mass traffic)
- Academy of Self-Realization (educational platform)
- Content Factory (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Reels)
We need a CRM architect who will create a unified structure for tracking and moving clients - from the first contact with content to purchase, retention, and repeat inquiries.
Main Goal
To build a logical and transparent CRM system that reflects the movement of clients across all business directions, as well as tracking team actions within these directions.
We start – with building analytics in personal therapy.
Tasks
1. Architecture and Structure of CRM
- Develop a scheme for all directions and funnels (therapy, courses, mini-products, academy).
- Set up statuses, fields, and cards for each stage of the client journey.
- Ensure client movement between directions without data loss.
- Integrate tracking of team actions and results for each direction.
2. Integrations and Automation
- Integrate AmoCRM with Telegram, Instagram, Tilda, bots, Enot, and mailings.
- Set up automatic scenarios: notifications, tasks, tags, data transfer.
- Create logic for automatic lead distribution across directions and teams.
3. Analytics and Reporting
- Set up basic dashboards: number of leads, conversion, cost per lead, sources.
- Build a visual map of client movement: content → application → diagnosis → payment →course completion → deepening or next product
- Lay the foundation for analytics on team and channel effectiveness.
4. Documentation and Support
- Prepare clear documentation on CRM logic.
- Set up access rights for different roles (teams, managers, owner).
- Ensure scalability of the system as the project/projects grow.
Requirements
- Experience in building CRM architecture in AmoCRM for at least 2 years.
- Ability to describe business processes and translate them into CRM logic.
- Experience with integrations with Tilda, Telegram, Instagram, bots, Enot / Paddle / Stripe/PayPl – a plus.
- Understanding of sales funnels, content funnels, and customer journey.
- Skill in setting up dashboards, analytics, automation.
