Customer Service Manager / Executive Assistant
Monty Supplements is a growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space. We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to handle customer communications, social media engagement, and day-to-day support operations.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails (order questions, returns, product inquiries)
- Manage Facebook comments and messages across our ad accounts
- Handle subscription changes and cancellations via SKIO
- Coordinate with our fulfillment partner on shipping issues
- Engage in relevant Facebook community groups
- Submit daily reports on activity and issues
Requirements
- Strong written English (native-level fluency)
- Reliable internet and available 8 AM – 6 PM CST
- Experience with customer service (e-commerce preferred)
- Comfortable learning new tools (Shopify, SKIO, Facebook Business)
- Self-motivated and organized
