Обязанности, отвечать на запросы клиентов, вопросы, предложения и так далее.
Ведение документации по клиентам.
Что очень важно знание АНГЛИЙСКОГО должно быть на довольно высоком уровне.
Поскольку очень часто нужно не только писать грамотно и корректно но и звонить.
Ставка почасовая, начинаем с 3$ час и дальше подымаем.
По времени работы нужно несколько человек, график 1/2 человека на дневное время и 1/2 человека на ночьную смену.
