Customer support representative

We are looking for a Customer support representative to join young team. Work is done remotely from home, night shifts will be required.

Your responsibilities will be

• Work with clients' requests through Phone, Email, Chat and Messaging system
• Review project requirements and provided details to fix any discrepancies
• Solve any problematic situations and respond to all the requests and complaints received from the customers
• Identify quality issues and negotiate the solution to the customer’s satisfaction
• Report bugs and test new implementations
