Your responsibilities will be
- Work with clients' requests through Phone, Email, Chat and Messaging system
- Review project requirements and provided details to fix any discrepancies
- Solve any problematic situations and respond to all the requests and complaints received from the customers
- Identify quality issues and negotiate the solution to the customer’s satisfaction
- Report bugs and test new implementations
