Не совсем ясна задача. Или Вы не правильно описали, или у Вас действительно не стандартная задача. Судя из описания нужно заливать исходники с хостинга на гитлаб? Так это просто git'ом сделать можно, тут деплой не нужен. А в случае если не правильно описали, тогда не понятно зачем там "дженкинс", догадываюсь конечно почему, но у гитлаба есть своя система деплоя.
