Наразі маю сервер (Droplet) на Digital Ocean. Але за потреби, це можна обговорити, та змінити.

Тогда в чем проблема разово настроить без всех этих оболочек
Они нужны для многократного развертывания и(или)дублирования -когда много серверов-А так разово настроить обычным классическим способом и будет веками работать пока платите Digital Ocean. или планируете сильно масштаьировать инфраструктуру?(По задаче вроде не очевидно)

Сильно масштабировать систему - не планируется, но отсюда вопрос. Если все таки захотим в будущем перенести на кубернетес, не будет ли с этим проблем, если настроить это все по Вашему описанию? -
В ИТ много терминов и их понимают по разному /Сверим позиции
Kubernetes -Это система управления контейнерами -ну типа docker Те у Вас их несколько что аж много -что врукопашную трудно стартовать
В каждом конейнере Вы что хотите? -В одном база в другом один сервис в третьим третий -Может просто один Docker в котором все три компонента и будут(а может и докер то тут не нужен?)

База лежит на купленном хостинге. Я бы хотел, что бы в будущем можно было удобно и быстро перенести сервисы на другой сервер. Потому что, на данный момент Digital Ocean - это временное решение.

Ну это не ответчат на вопрос зачем Вам "перегревать избыточностью" ваше решение
Ну надо база ставим его на VPS -ну или в доке один где все раз так хочется
