Design is not yet - for now you need a simple program to work matchering and give out the result. The second task (after completion of the current) is to press on the program you have already developed the design made by my side. There will also be further work with the program - upgrades and support, upgrades of the matchering engine - the work will be more or less constant.
The budget for the current task is discussed + indicate your hourline (for future improvements).
