Direct manager in Instagram store
We are looking for an active and communicative direct manager to work with clients on social media (mainly Instagram Direct + Facebook Messenger). This is a remote position in an online store, where the main task is to communicate quickly and professionally with clients and close sales.
What the employee will need to do (main responsibilities):
- Respond quickly to incoming messages in Direct, comments, and messengers (reaction preferably within 2 minutes).
- Consult clients: assist with product selection, choose sizes, models, colors, explain delivery and payment terms.
- Handle objections, doubts, and work with client objections to lead them to purchase.
- Process orders in the CRM system, monitor payment and order status.
- Maintain a consistent brand communication style (scripts, service standards).
Key requirements for the applicant:
- Experience working with clients in chats for 6-12 months (preferably in clothing, cosmetics, gadgets, or similar products sales). We are ready to consider candidates without experience who have strong soft skills + we will train.
- Excellent communication skills, politeness, empathy, and the ability to approach different types of clients.
- Quick reaction and multitasking (simultaneously managing 5-10+ dialogues).
- Proficient oral and written Ukrainian language.
- Confident computer, smartphone, Instagram skills, basic knowledge of CRM (we will train).
- Stable internet, computer, and a quiet workspace (for remote work)
