Dispatcher / Customer Support (English B2–C1, work in the USA, PST)
I am the owner of an electrical installation company based in Los Angeles (USA).
I am looking for a Russian-speaking dispatcher/operator with fluent English (B2–C1) for a permanent remote position.
Tasks:
- answer incoming calls from clients (via VoIP — I will provide access to Ring Central)
- call back new leads
- communicate politely according to a script (training will be provided)
- ask clarifying questions (address, photo of the electrical panel, task description)
- schedule clients in Google Calendar
- record information in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets)
- send follow-up messages to clients
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English (B2–C1) — clear, confident, and understandable speech is mandatory
- Confident phone communication
- Willingness to work on Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
- Stable internet, microphone, quiet environment
- Experience in customer support / as an assistant / operator is preferred
