1 .Quality of work- Posed 3 out of 10 due to the fact that quality is not satisfied.After the work was completed, there were 2 results - an interesting design solution for the apartment, because I have no time to think about it, the budget I have spoken, and the work documentation for the builders.As a result, I personally spent a lot of time searching for design solutions for my apartment, which I was constantly sending, but as a result it was still out with errors and unthinkable and also offered unfounded and expensive options of replanning and design solutions.The solutions Ilon initially proposed did not reach the level of a qualified designer, and as I think it was made on a fast hand, without deepening the essence of the task set.When I chose it, I focused on customer reviews, but as I realized, reviews here are not an indicator.As I think, Elona is a designer who is not bad, as it turned out, makes documentation for builders (planetics, electricists), but can’t offer good design solutions, doesn’t think about the details.At the end of the work, the booklet with the project was not printed or delivered.It also did not provide information about the names and manufacturers of the materials and elements that were used in the project.He repeatedly reminded her of that.My advice (relates to work with all designers): must sign the contract and indicate all the details.2ndProfessionalism – 5 out of 10.Half of the work (documentation for builders) was done well, the rest - no.I believe that the designer should offer the options of the interior, not the customer.Maybe I’m wrong, that’s why 50/50.ThreeThe cost - I say so, the work that Ilona did is not worth the money we agreed with her.This is my opinion, and I think Elona will agree with me.4 .Contact - everything is great, always in contact, even late in the evening (other time I had not).I would put 10, if after paying with it it was as available when I asked to give information about the names and the value of the elements used in the project.But in my case she just stopped reacting to my request))) Since I still changed a lot in her project, I stopped asking for it.and 5.Deadlines 10 out of 10.Although we agreed on the deadlines for one month, the real work lasted longer, due to the fact that I had made changes to the project for a long time, searched for them on the internet, invented, consulted with Elona... But if I realized, it should have been done not me, but the person who gets the money for it.Summary: I didn’t get what I wanted from the designer, but it’s a kind of communication experience.In any case, Elona thank you.I will not recommend you to my friends.
