1. Commercial Proposal
Develop a one-page document in the company's corporate style.
Must include:
a brief presentation of the company (who we are and what we do);
key services (transportation, delivery from China, customs clearance, tender support, etc.);
advantages for the client (direct supplies, favorable prices, legal support);
contact information and a QR code to the website.
Format: PDF for sending to clients + Word/Google Docs version for editing.
2. Brochure (promotional material)
Format: A4, 2 or 3 folds (euro brochure).
Style: modern, minimalist, with elements of the corporate design of the website.
Content:
description of the company and key areas;
block "Why us?";
photos and graphics related to logistics, China, Ukraine, the New Silk Road;
map of routes (China – Ukraine – EU).
3. Business Card
Standard size 90×50 mm.
Options: horizontal and vertical.
Must include:
logo, company name;
employee's name and position (example: "Purchasing Manager");
contacts: phone, email, website, Telegram/Viber;
QR code to the website.
4. Corporate Identity
All materials must be executed in accordance with the design and identity of the company's website.
Use the same colors, fonts, and graphic style that are already applied on shovkway.com.
Create a unified visual line so that all materials are recognizable.
5. Expected Results
Files in formats: PDF (for printing and viewing), AI/PSD (editing), PNG/JPEG (for quick online use).
Adaptation of the brochure and commercial proposal for publication on the website and social media.
Deadline: to be agreed, preferably 7–10 days.
