🔹 Stage 1 — Design (Figma):

We will create a minimalist Microsoft style, with Segoe UI typography, Fluent UI icons, and a logical structure of blocks;

We will develop the design for 1–2 A4 pages in Figma with all tables, sections, and field labels for dynamic data;

We will prepare a PDF preview for approval (Order/Quote versions with variations Sea, Air, Road Freight).

🔹 Stage 2 — Layout (HTML + CSS):

We will adapt the design into a table-based HTML structure optimized for Microsoft Dynamics CRM;

Pixel-perfect layout without JS, with correct display in PDF;

All fields formatted as variables {{placeholders}}, so the integrator can easily connect CRM data;

We will test the export from the browser to PDF (A4, portrait orientation).

🔹 Style and Accuracy:
We have already created similar corporate templates for large systems where cleanliness, corporate logic, and 0 visual noise are required — all in the style of Microsoft Fluent Design.
