Project Description:
Hello,
I am looking for a freelance designer/interior architect (French, Russian, or English speaking) to assist with the interior layout, external extension (terrace/covered room), and external modeling of my alpine chalet located in Plan, 30 minutes from Courchevel (French Alps).
Context:
The style of the chalet is warm, elegant, natural, inspired by the codes of high-end chalets: light untreated wood, natural stone, subdued textile materials, modern lines with contemporary accents, maximum use of light (layout, light colors, windows, diffused lighting), a cozy and stylish mountain atmosphere.
A small renovation while preserving as many existing elements as possible (furniture, floors, electrical...).
Very simple external modeling is required for the harmonious integration of extensions into the chalet's surroundings.
Current Chalet:
2 levels
First floor (upper level): large room of 30 m², including kitchen, living room, dining area + future extension of 20 m² with terrace.
Basement (lower level) of 30 m²: 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, toilet.
Planned Extension:
Raised wooden terrace with a parking space underneath (if there are skills for calculating the structure and creating detailed sections — this will be a plus, but not mandatory).
Covered room connected to the terrace, layout and inspiration.
Existing plans: hand-drawn sketches and measurements provided.
Expectations:
Layout plans and 2D/3D visualization of the interior.
External modeling of extensions (simple 2D/3D for visualization and inspiration).
Mood/style boards, color and material suggestions.
Preliminary list and organization, without furniture details (furniture selection is up to me).
No strict deadlines.
Communication in French, Russian, or English.
Possibility for the freelancer to stay on-site during the work period: accommodation is provided in the chalet, transport at their own expense.
The deciding factor will be the proposed price, without a specified range.
