Serge Ra 22 March 2021Ув. заказчик, Вы очевидно, что-то перепутали. 3,5 зелени за квадрат проекта? Извините, дворник больше стоит. ) Вы представляете себе объем работ по Вашему ТЗ.?!!! А выбранный Вами исполнитель - дилетант. Он просто не знал с чем столкнулся. И когда понял, что не сможет это сделать, быстренько на "больничку". Настоящий проект за такую стоимость Вам не сделают. Сделают Г. или слиняют на пол пути. Тем более, что у Вас не простой проект. Это не квартира. Напорят косяков, Вам потом реконструкция дороже обойдется. Либо Вы не заказчик , а посредник.

Уж не поскупиться бы, да заказать стильный неповторимый дом, чтобы интерьеры соответствовали внешнему виду дома.
Но... видимо, поскупится... за штуку никто не сделает ничего хорошего...
А потом еще несколько штук вложит, чтобы довести хоть как-то "до ума"! -

И Марина совершенно права, что архитектура спорит с тем интерьером, который вы хотите получить. И нет такого понятия как чужой вкус. Есть такое понятия, как правильная архитектура и соответствующий интерьер. А то что вы планируете сделать в этом доме не подходит под выбранную вами архитектуру. И вы должны быть наоборот благодарны за такой бесплатный совет. Поддержать ваш проект сможет только дилетант - архитектор-карандаш, который сделает проект под вашу диктовку, ну и что, что это смотрится никак. Он никогда вам об этом не скажет, потому что для него важно получить копейки, которые вы предлагаете.
