It is necessary to develop the design of a 3-room apartment.
We are a family with a 6-year-old child.
The apartment is 98 square meters. Three rooms, a kitchen, a corridor, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The apartment already has some furniture, and we also want to incorporate some furniture from the old apartment into the design.
The design should be modern plus add elements of Ukrainian (ethno).
1. Main concept:
• Style: Modern minimalism with elements of Ukrainian ethno-style (natural textures, ceramics, modern reinterpretation of ornaments).
• Mood: Cozy, functional, with a feeling of "a home with roots".
2. Main tasks for the designer:
• Integration of the existing: Incorporate the existing furniture and specific items from the old apartment into the new interior (we will provide a list and photos).
• Zoning: Think through the layout for the 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and balcony, considering the family's needs.
• Ethno accents: Delicately implement the Ukrainian code (textiles, lighting, or wall decoration) so that it looks modern and not like a museum.
