It is necessary to prepare: an original design; source file (Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW); ready PDF for large format printing; all used images in good quality. Concept I would like to see an interesting modern idea. For example: an attractive woman architect or project manager in a construction helmet; holding a tablet or a folder with a project; modern apartment interior or a beautiful house in the background; possibly using a well-generated AI model (if it looks as realistic as possible); the main thing is the feeling of professionalism, trust, and high service level.
