What you will need to do during the first project: design posts, carousels, stories, and other SMM materials according to the brief; adapt designs for the launch of collections, new items, meme situations, promotions, and news; create email newsletter designs: announcements, selections, collection launches, promotions; occasionally assist with advertising creatives, banners, or simple printed materials. What is important to us: a portfolio with modern digital works, not just corporate banners; a sense of composition, typography, and the ability to create designs that people want to explore; understanding of anime, memes, gamer and street culture will be a big plus; the ability to quickly assemble quality visuals for specific tasks, rather than spending a week searching for the perfect gradient; confident use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools; an adequate attitude towards revisions, deadlines, and working according to the brief.
