601 USD Hello, I am looking for a contractor to develop a complete design project. The apartment is a 2-room space of 77 m², for the permanent residence of a family with two children. We are open to the boldest, yet workable solutions. The desired layout and design are attached in the file. At the beginning of the collaboration, I will provide more photos of what we like and photos of the apartment in its current state. The project budget is 35000 UAH.

Regarding: "22. Drawings of furniture that will be made to order," this will be a separate matter, as this is already furniture making, and here the work of a technologist is required. The designer can only provide a visual-dimensional reference and that's it. Technological drawings are usually done in workshops by a technologist. For example, the development of a custom-made chest of drawers will cost from 10,000 UAH and from 20,000 UAH per item (I am not talking about ready-made furniture that is in stores).
