Design project of an office 89 m² for an IT team (12 workstations) — 2D plan + 3D visualization
I am looking for an experienced interior designer to create a design project for an office space of 89 m². The room is empty, after renovation (white brick, large windows, suspended ceiling with lighting). I am attaching photographs of the room and a plan with dimensions.
Main requirements for planning:
It is necessary to place:
12 workstations:
6 places for developers (embedded software/hardware): desks 150×75 cm, height-adjustable, with a superstructure (shelves/organizer on the desktop); preferably grouped separately to reduce noise.
5 office workstations: desks 150×75 cm, height-adjustable.
1 reception-type place (near the entrance).
Office chairs for all places: ergonomic, with height adjustment, backrests, and armrests.
Storage:
For each developer — open modular shelving of warehouse type 110×180×40 cm (or equivalent).
For each office workstation — mobile cabinets with drawers (not attached to desks).
Area near the entrance: outerwear (hanger/cabinet), waiting area.
Mini-kitchen/tea-coffee area near the reception: cooler, coffee machine, small countertop, cabinets.
Relaxation corner and informal meeting area: coffee table, sofa, 1–2 chairs.
Decor: 2–3 large plants, company logo on the wall (I will specify the location and logo file to the winner).
Style: Modern minimalist with loft elements (preserve exposed brick), calm colors (preferably keep basic white, red, black), focus on functionality and ergonomics.
What needs to be delivered:
2–3 options for a 2D furniture layout plan (DWG + PDF) with dimensions, zoning, and socket placement.
3D visualization of the chosen option (after approval): high-quality renders (at least 8–10 angles), file in open format (SketchUp or OBJ/GLB).
List of recommended furniture and materials with articles/links and estimated costs.
Additionally:
Consider the existing location of windows, columns, doors, and window sills (granite).
Provide sufficient number of sockets and cable channels for developers.
2–3 rounds of revisions.
Budget for interior implementation: no significant changes to the premises.
Timeline: up to 10 working days.
