Hello, this is an example of a design project for the reconstruction of an old single-story residential building into a two-story one - Google Drive Here, the first drawing belongs to another project and was added to show what you will receive. The design project for the reconstruction and the creation of one version of such a set of drawings takes me 40 days, with a price starting from €15/m2 of the total area of the premises after reconstruction according to the NBU exchange rate, excluding taxes. I work on a partial prepayment basis -- 50% advance, 30% after approval before the execution of the drawings, 20% after signing the acceptance certificate and after the completion of the work. The paid portion of the work cost is non-refundable if you decide to permanently or temporarily stop the work for any reason. Before paying the 30% of the cost -- you will receive photos or scans of hand-drawn sketches of the plan and facades on paper; after the approval of the sketches and payment of the portion of the cost, the work will be carried out.
