conduct an analysis of the current state and propose options for reconfiguring the bathroom (≈ 10 m²) and the adjacent laundry room (≈ 1 m²), where washing and drying machines will be placed, and develop a full design project with a set of drawings, including
- room plans;
- tile layouts;
- lighting and backlighting schemes;
- electrical and plumbing diagrams;
- individual drawings if necessary;
- create several options for 3D visualization.
Room features
The bathroom has a window opening and one sloped (inclined) wall;
ceiling height: 2.75 m at the highest point and 2.06 m at the lowest;
detailed photographs are available for review.
Project cost: 5000 ₴ for the entire scope of work.
▶️ The renovation will be carried out in stages: starting with the bathroom, and if the cooperation is successful, we will continue working on the other rooms of the house.
