Design of the inclusive space project

It is necessary to develop the design and a ready layout for printing/cutting a tabletop POS stand for the Fesco Ultra brand. The stand will be used for presenting the brand's products: toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, and floss picks. We provide approximate references for better understanding below. The left side of the stand - shelves/niches for Fesco Ultra toothpaste. It is necessary to provide space for 4 tubes: 2 on top and 2 on the bottom. The right side of the stand - area for toothbrushes and floss. It is necessary to provide space for the vertical placement of toothbrush packaging (so that they are securely held), as well as a lower shelf/niche for dental floss and floss picks. The central part of the stand - game mechanics. At the top, the visitor drops a ball, it falls down, bouncing off pins/obstacles, and lands in one of the lower compartments. Each compartment will have a prize or action written on it. At the bottom of the central game panel, separate compartments for game results need to be provided, each of which must be equipped with a place to insert a variable card with the name of the prize. The design should allow for quick manual card changes. The solution can be in the form of slots, grooves, or transparent holders - the main thing is that the cards can be easily inserted, removed, and replaced. It is important that the mechanics work: the ball must fall freely, not get stuck between the pins, not fly out of the stand, and land in one of the compartments. It is necessary to think through the placement of the pins, edges, transparent front panel/protection, hole or area for launching the ball, as well as the lower compartments for fixing the game result. It is also important to consider how to easily retrieve the ball. As a result, we need to obtain: A structural drawing of the stand at a scale of 1:1. A layout for printing and cutting/milling. Separate layers for printing, cutting, creasing/folds, and technical elements. A visualization of the finished stand with products. Final files in formats suitable for production transfer. On our part, we will provide everything necessary for the work: product dimensions, logos, photos/layouts of goods, references, style preferences, and other materials needed to create the finished stand layout. Minimum scope of work: Development of the preview system: composition principles; grid; text sizes and heading hierarchy; fonts (1–2 main + usage rules); basic palette and accent colors; rules for using white, yellow, and black; rules for working with backgrounds (photos, gradients, textures, AI images, etc.); rules for cropping people (faces, half-figures, close-ups, emotions); distances, margins, safe zones; rules for placing text and logos; preview options for different types of videos (interviews, monologues, stories, Q&A, podcasts, etc.). Visual style: style of photographs (emotions, angles, backgrounds, clothing, colors); style of lighting (soft/contrasty, warm/cool shades, dramatic, etc.); style of cutting people (clean cuts, outlines, shadows, glow, etc.); rules for using Midjourney / other AI generators; when to use real photos and when to use generation; how to make the channel recognizable among dozens of competitors in the relationship psychology niche. Format of the result: structured PDF / presentation with Brand Book (guidelines, examples, explanations); working files in Figma or PSD with configured preview templates (several types); 10–20 ready previews for our real or test videos as a demonstration of the system.What Kind of Specialist We Are Looking For We do NOT need a designer who just makes things "look nice." We need a person who: understands what CTR is, how previews affect clickability and views; has experience working with YouTube (preferably with channels of 100k+ subscribers, ideally from 500k to 10M); can build a system of previews (a series of dozens of covers in one style), not just individual creatives; thinks through A/B testing: has examples where previews were changed, hypotheses were tested, and CTR growth was achieved; is ready to work with serious psychological topics, without toxic clickbait. There is regularly a large amount of leftover 19 mm veneered oak MDF sheets (width 20-50 cm, length 240 cm). There is a desire not to throw away this material, but to use it for making various furniture or interior items, for example, floor vases, hanging planters, shelves, sconces, animal houses, and more. With subsequent finishing using premium oil in different colors or varnish. To implement this idea, a designer is needed who will propose a range of products that can be made from this material, of course, with drawings for the agreed products. At this stage, I am looking for a person or team to help implement the product prototype and work on the design for further mass production. Requirements for the product: - exterior covering — nubuck; - inside there should be a compartment for a set of chess pieces; - interior finishing — another fabric (to be discussed); - neat premium execution and thoughtful design. Initially, help is needed with: - designing the structure; - selecting materials; - manufacturing the first sample (prototype).
