Design and renders from the SketchUp 3D model of the kitchen-living room with a corridor.

Output data:

• There is a ready 3D model in Google SketchUp PRO 2023 with the layout and dimensions of the entire apartment.
• There are files with visualization in 3ds Max 2025, Corona Renderer for the kitchen set and the filling of the working area.

• Electrical wiring is done, walls are plastered and puttied, screed and heating are completed.

• Furniture layout is defined (placement, dimensions, sections of the kitchen).

• The furniture itself and the exact style have not yet been chosen.

Tasks for the designer:

1. Visualization of rooms

   • kitchen-living room and corridor (combined space)

2. Color options (minimum 3):

   • light palette (white/beige/light gray)

   • medium neutral (gray/graphite/natural wood)

   • Your option

3. Finishing and details to display:

   • Floor: tiles in several colors (light, gray, beige under wood, dark under wood) — make a comparison.

   • Walls: wallpaper (to see the combination with tiles), design solutions on empty walls (mirrors, slat panels, etc.)

   • Doors: white, non-recessed installation

   • Lighting: spotlights in the kitchen area, chandelier/ceiling light in the center, LED strip in the cornice (must be visualized), backlighting of the working area, and a few more options with LED backlighting (there are 2 free cables from the switch)

   • TV area:

     • decorative slat panel behind the TV (wood or painted to look like wood);

     • TV mounted on the wall;

     • cabinet.

4. Kitchen and furniture

   • Dimensions and layout are defined, there is a drawn model of the kitchen.

   • Need to create 2–3 color options (white, gray, dark gray or your option).

5. Submission format:

   • 3D renders for each color option (2–3 angles from each room), that is, one design solution in different colors;

Goal:
To make a final decision on the color of the floor tiles and the basic palette of walls/furniture before purchasing materials.
