Business card design

I am looking for a designer who can create a layout for printing flyers, posters, etc. Initially, design ideas need to be provided. I have some generated ideas, but I think a specialist can provide more organic ideas. For example, from the flyer design about the "Happy Hours" promotion, a poster needs to be developed. We don't need the entire menu, but there should be an announcement about the promotion that makes people want to come inside the restaurant and buy something. Something like khachapuri + khachapuri = ONLY 245 UAH.

A visual language for the brand is needed: a system from which any medium can be predictably assembled, rather than a set of layouts.Client: an international company in telecom infrastructure, B2B. I'm looking for a graphic designer to create several advertising banners for large format printing. What is needed: Develop several modern and attractive banners. Prepare high-quality layouts suitable for large format printing. Work according to my technical specifications, corporate style, and provided materials. Deliver the source files in an editable format (AI / PSD) and print-ready files (PDF/TIFF according to the printer's requirements). In your response, please send examples of similar work, specify the cost of developing one banner, and provide estimated completion times.

What needs to be done: Replace the main large photo with an image of an elderly woman with a caregiver. We will provide a suitable photo. The other photos will also be replaced. We will send the new images a bit later. Change the color scheme and overall style of the flyer to match our banner. The design should be bright, modern, neat, and easy to read. Maintain the existing structure of the flyer: the placement of text blocks; the placement of photos; the squares and other main elements; the content and sequence of the text. If necessary, fonts, background, shades, decorative elements, and spacing between blocks can be changed to make the design look more modern. What we will provide: the existing flyer; a banner as an example of the new design; a photo of the elderly woman with a caregiver; the other photos for replacement — later.
