We need to create a thumbnail based on a detailed technical specification.
The video will be on the topic of business, specifically about opening an establishment (cafe, restaurant, fast food) for the Ukrainian-speaking population.
There is a desire to create a slightly clickbait cover so that viewers do not immediately see that it is just a video about opening an establishment, but rather to give the impression that it is a video about some secret to business success, possibly specifically about the secret to successfully opening an establishment.
*IMPORTANT POINT - we need to create two similar versions that will differ slightly from each other; one should be in the context of what the business will lose if it does not know valuable information, and the other should be similar but in the context of what the business will earn.
What needs to be done:
- Add a person (of course, removing their background), highlight them, and make a small edit so that the person stands out (without overdoing the contrast and clarity of the person)
- Add a background with elements, as in the example (these should be documents, staff of the establishment, equipment of the establishment, and employees of some services), additionally in one version, a red dollar sign with a minus should be added to the background, it can be placed more chaotically; they should add atmosphere to the cover but not draw all the attention, while it is important that the background is not just gray
- Add text, the text should be bright and well-readable on different device variants, additionally considering different formats for YouTube (main page, search, recommended, Google search), text options that are liked are listed below.

*In general, there are many text options. But they will need to be tried after the text is approved.
The idea is as follows: a person (i.e., a blogger) in the middle, seemingly in shock, looks with a surprised gaze at the text (the gaze does not need to be translated), around the blogger, as if surrounded by a halo, various elements related to the work of the establishment (cafe, restaurant, fast food) are arranged, in the background, two options are blurred, either red dollars symbolizing expenses or green dollars symbolizing earnings.
I remind you, two versions of the thumbnails are needed, one in a positive light (earnings), the other conversely, more about expenses.

*IMPORTANT POINT - The project does not consider additional costs for various edits, such as changing text, changing colors, or additional small edits to all elements, that is, things that do not take much time. I know how Photoshop works, and those who consider this too time-consuming, I ask you to pass by this project.
It is also important that I expect the work of a designer, that is, vision and expertise, not just the factual arrangement of objects on the banner without style.
I suggest breaking the work into stages:
- Selection of font and text style + its approval
- Preliminary draft concept + its approval
- Main version of the thumbnail
Also, besides the main thumbnail, a PSD file with the elements used and the font is needed. This is also included in the project amount. In case we want to change the text or replace some elements.
