Freelancer's review of cooperation with Marina Frolova
Designers to develop a website in FigmaThis is the first time I meet such a customer with inadequate requirements. I will be as detailed as possible, so I advise all freelancers whom Marina offers a job to think and think about whether you need the same negative experience as I got.
Even at the initial stage of work, I had doubts about this customer. The customer without feedback, offers to work on the 10/40/50 system and not through the safe. Since there were already doubts about the adequacy of the customer, I said that I would only work through the safe, for safety.
Initially, Marina seems to be an ideal customer - jokes, emoticons, come on, but after a while this whole image completely changes.
When working with Marina, be prepared that somewhere behind the screen, there is a "chief designer" (P.S. who has no idea about padding and site structure in general.) I had to wait from 1 to 3 full working days for a response from the "chief designer". The texts for the site were provided only after 9!!! days after the start of the project (after the site was already completely ready). The terms of reference stated "All photos are purchased and provided by the customer", however, like all the conditions of cooperation, they were not observed - this is no exception. When asked to provide a photo, the customer commented - "well, there are 10 free ones on the marquee stock, download it, and if not, register it to a new mail." After indicating to the customer that this is contrary to the TOR, the photo was provided.

500 USD. This money is absolutely not worth the two weeks that the customer simply distorted the TK and demanded that everything be redone.
Formulation of the problem
When they sent me the TK, I was very glad that I finally had a well-described and specific task, but in the process the customer changed it 10 times. As an example - in TK CATEGORICALLY (and written in capital letters) the text block should not have an empty space. Ok, I made the whole site in accordance with this requirement. What is the result? "Don't you understand that there will be an adaptive layout and you need to make all text fields 104 pixels in length?"
(104 pixels are 5-6 lines, and 3 out of 4 block items were in one line).I think the designers will understand what I mean.Requirements
Unfounded and unsuitable.The question is “Why do you do that?”Answer “Designer said so”

At the beginning of the review I pointed out that the customer originally created the image of the ideal customer, but with time the image destroyed.At the end of the project, such phrases as "This is your problem, not our" clearly do not indicate that the customer respects the executor.However, what can be noted - the customer is almost always in contact and responds within 2-3 minutes.I think if the executor had not been considered a slave, everything would have gone well.However, there is something.In conclusion, I would like to say - think 10 times before you start collaborating with such customers.Complete all conditions in the work area of the project.
