Interior design same cafeteria projects for multiple locations ( 20-200 sqm (average 70-90 sqm), two rooms space - kitchen and clients area, sometimes wc) has been developed and updated to many locations, the task is to continue the adaptation to upcoming shops. All 3d models and 2d drawings exist as pre-sets and need only to be modified and adapted to new measurements. Scope of work: 1.⁠ ⁠Adjust furniture layout to the new location. Confirm 2D furniture layout. 2.⁠ ⁠⁠Adjust Facade 2D drawings and Signage (all guidelines will be provided, needs only adjustments) 3.⁠ ⁠⁠3D renders (no need to model from scratch, 3ds max file will be provided, requires only adjustment of the model to the new layout). The quality of the renders is very basic 4.⁠ ⁠⁠2D technical drawings: walls and partitions, sanitary, electricity, lighting, flooring, wall finishes, walls elevations, bar counter elevation, cake display furniture drawings adjustments. No need elevation and furniture drawings for the kitchen. All drawings are very simple level execution, not detailed. Each drawing will be provided to be used for adjustments. Requirements: •⁠ medium knowledge of English just to communicate with team - not with a client (most of the time texting) •⁠ knowledge of 3ds Max (can be other program for modeling, but rendering must be done with 3ds max) •⁠ knowledge of Autocad Project benefits: Could be continuous collaboration, we have around 15-20 locations per year of same project. To start, I would like to commission a pilot project. The design is highly specific and structurally demanding – I need professional engineering verification and the preparation of production files for an external CNC factory. Here are the technical assumptions for the under-stair closet I am building: Space: A niche with a width of approx. 374 cm, height of 254 cm, and an unusual depth of exactly 100 cm. Movement concept: The closet consists of 5 independent, full-size modules (boxes) that slide completely out of the niche into the hallway. The tops of the modules are cut at an angle to match the staircase. Mechanics and load distribution: At a depth of 100 cm, a fully loaded box will be extremely heavy. Therefore, I want to use a "container" logic: 100% of the weight of each module must rest on bottom-mounted, heavy-duty polyurethane wheels hidden behind a plinth. The side drawer runners must not carry any weight – they are to be used strictly to stabilize the sliding track. Material: The entire structure will be made of plywood (I am tentatively assuming an 18 mm thickness for the frames, module bodies, and structural shelves to ensure absolute rigidity). What I need as part of this commission: 1. Engineering verification of the concept (confirming material thickness, determining necessary assembly clearances between modules). 2. Selection of appropriate hardware (specific models of heavy-duty wheels and suitably long stabilizing runners). 3. Generation of assembly drawings (for my installation process). 4. Preparation of a Bill of Materials (BOM) and ready-to-use vector files (DXF/STEP) including drill holes, which I will send directly to my partnering CNC plywood factory.
